Position Summary

We are looking for a Junior Account Executive to:

  • Close deals for an industry-leading AI platform that transforms a tedious task into a delightful experience

  • Learn the full sales cycle in a fast-growing startup environment

  • Help us dominate a category where ~$100 Billion USD is transacted through RFPs daily


Your Mission

As a Junior Account Executive in our Brisbane office, you will:

  • Drive sales in the APAC region through demos, qualification, and closing deals

  • Develop your skills under the mentorship of experienced sales leaders

  • Contribute to our exponential growth while building your career

This role offers a unique opportunity to join an early-stage team, develop advanced sales skills, and directly influence how we build this business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present our solution

  • Provide online demonstrations to prospects across the APAC Region

  • Work across segments, from small business to mid-market

  • Qualify leads through conversations with decision-makers

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closed deal

  • Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies

  • Generate demo bookings through outbound prospecting

  • Become an expert on our product and competitive landscape


In your first week you can expect to:

  • Complete confidently the presentation portion of online demos

  • Complete 20 connected cold calls


In your first month you can expect to:

  • Confidently present online demos to SMB segments

  • Implement proof-of-concept account setups with coaching from team members


In your first two months you can expect to:

  • Win 2+ deals from demonstration to close

  • Independently hunt for outbound opportunities when you don't have at least one demo booked daily


In your first three months you can expect to:

  • Work independently on deals

  • Confidently work across Midmarket & SMB segments

  • Run successful POCs with prospects and get them to that "aha" moment

  • Keep prospects & customers front of mind

  • Receive continual coaching from peers & team members for ongoing growth


Your background may look like any of the below:

  • Working as a consultant somewhere like Deloitte for 1-2 years but wanting to get out and not be a cog in the machine. You have a keen interest in sales & solutions for customers

  • 1-2 years experience as an SDR and itching to close deals

  • 1 year experience as an Account Executive and seeking more independence and room to grow

Location & Office

Brisbane: We have an office in Fortitude Valley Brisbane, where you will work 5 days in office per week with flexibility for appointments. We provide standing desks, brand new M3 Macs, 49" Ultra Wide monitors, and licenses to cutting-edge AI tools.
