AutoRFP is very easy to use, very intuitive, and saves me TONS of time with long RFP responses.

This is probably the most valuable tool that our organization uses. It has saved us so much time on responding to massive RFPs and RFIs.

The AI features ACTUALLY save my time. We've piloted other RFP tools and loaded previous RFPs and all our product documentation and the tools would hallucinate constantly. I spent more time fixing the answers than it would take to write them myself. I like that the system shows you the exact documentation it used to get the answer. It also replaces customer names from other RFPs and puts in the current RFP customer's name. I cannot recommend this tool enough for PreSales. I absolutely love it - we have integrated it into slack for other members of the company to ask questions instead of the presales team.

This software is well thought out and is intuitive for the user to navigate. It's close to a miracle when you process your document and the fields get populated so quickly. No more trying to remember which previous proposal has the answer I need and then go hunting for it.

AutoRFP.ai makes responding to RFPs much faster and easier. It reduces the time spent on manual work by pulling in relevant past responses and structuring them in a clear format. The setup and integration process requires significantly less effort compared to competitors, and once it's configured with past RFPs and the right company and product content, it streamlines the response workflow significantly. It's extremely useful for empowering the sales team to generate initial answers to RFPs or security questionnaires themselves, while the presales team can then focus on reviewing and ensuring the AI-generated responses are accurate.

I think AutoRFP is the perfect example of how to use AI in a tool that actually creates value. It literally saves us hours for every single RFP process and increases the quality of what we submit. We also use it as an internal knowledge hub which eliminates a lot of unnecessary internal questions. It's like having a colleague who is always available to answer most of your questions!

Cooperation between different geos is much easier than with the previous tool, where each geo would've needed own content manager and own Questions and answer pairs. Stakeholders can jump in and help more easily. Ease of use also with other than english language projects overall means that more of colleagues from different countries can use tool more easily. All services are alredy included and not behind yet another addon to be paid. Team is really easy to work with and available to support. Integrations to content in different tools is easy.
