Position Summary
We are looking for our second Account Executive to:
Close deals for an industry-leading AI platform that customers love
Drive sales growth in the North American market
Help us dominate a category where ~$100 Billion USD is transacted through RFPs daily
Your Mission
As the second Account Executive in our North American Market, you will:
Drive sales in NA, LATAM & occasional EU regions through the full sales cycle
Shape the direction and culture of the sales team in the region
Contribute to our exponential growth while building advanced sales skills
This role offers a unique opportunity to become a key player in our sales team and directly influence how we build this business and its products.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospects to understand their needs, educate them about AutoRFP.ai, and get them excited about the product
Provide online demonstrations to prospects across NA, LATAM & occasional EU regions
Work across segments, from small business to enterprise RFPs
Qualify leads through conversations with decision-makers such as Heads of Sales at SaaS Companies
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closed deal
Collaborate with Co-Founders to refine sales strategies
Provide feedback to the product team based on prospect conversations to help shape the product roadmap
Generate demo bookings using proactive outbound prospecting with a hunter mindset
Become an expert on our product and the competitive landscape
In your first week you can expect to:
Understand our ICP and begin prospecting activities
Run your first online demo end-to-end
Complete your first cold calls into target accounts
In your first month you can expect to:
Confidently run demos independently across segments
Build and manage your own pipeline of qualified prospects
Enter your first deals into a proof-of-concept phase for prospects
In your three months you can expect to:
Close your first deals and hit initial quota targets
Develop expertise across segments, industries & personas of our target prospects
Book your first demos from outbound prospecting
In your three months you can expect to:
Consistently hit quota and contribute to team growth
Mentor newer team members and contribute to sales process improvements
Become a trusted advisor to prospects throughout the sales cycle
Your experience may look like:
2+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales role in B2B SaaS
First-hand experience dealing with Security Questionnaires or RFPs
Has carried quotas in previous roles and can point to achieving quotas
A customer-focused mindset in all aspects of your work
A demonstrated ability to work hard remotely and in-office
Good analytical skills for sales strategy and problem resolution
A passion for technology and eagerness to learn about AI
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment

Location & Office
Vancouver: We have an office in downtown Vancouver where you will work at least 4 days in office per week with flexibility for appointments. We provide standing desks, brand new M3 Macs, 49" Ultra Wide monitors, and licenses to cutting-edge AI tools.

$150k - $250k CAD On-Target Earnings (base + commission), depending on experience and location. Uncapped commission
