At AutoRFP.ai, this isn't a cost center. It's a revenue engine. You'll be compensated like a sales role uncapped commissions on renewals and expansions. When your customers win, you win.
The Opportunity
Three types of companies approached us last quarter: a payment processor handling $1 trillion annually, an investment manager nearing $1 trillion AUM, and the technology company behind most of the world's best-selling drugs.
They all want to deploy our platform. They're waiting on us to make it happen.
This is one of our first 10 hires in Vancouver. You'd be building the North America office from scratch alongside the founding team.
What We've Built
AutoRFP.ai automates RFP and security questionnaire responses, one of the few products leveraging generative AI to its full potential. Customers across 40+ countries in just 2 years. Growing 15% month-over-month. Profitable.
The product works. People write to tell us it changed their careers.
The Role
You'll own the customer lifecycle from signed contract to raving fan. Onboard enterprise accounts. Drive adoption. Secure renewals. Identify expansions. Work with companies from 100 employees to F500 organizations.
You'll work directly with founders, no layers, no silos. When you see something broken, you'll fix it. When you hear customer feedback that should shape the product, you'll be in the room where it happens.
This is hard work. It's what's required to win in the AI space. If you want defined swim lanes and detailed SOPs, this isn't the role. If you want to operate with full ownership and get paid for results, keep reading.
What Success Looks Like
Week 1:
Understand our ICP and sit in on customer calls
Begin learning the product and functionality
Reach out to existing customers to book calls
By end of week: Run a customer call end-to-end
Month 1:
Confidently run customer calls independently across segments
Complete your first customer onboarding
Complete your first proof-of-concept with the sales team
By end of month: Complete your first customer onboarding independently
Month 3:
Bring on your first renewals
By end of three months: Renew multiple customer subscriptions end-to-end
Month 6:
Engage with customers daily across video calls, Slack & Intercom
Meaningfully drive revenue through expansions and renewals
Impact product direction through customer feedback
By end of six months: You'll feel like you've been here for years
Compensation
$130k - $180k+ CAD On-Target Earnings (base + commission), depending on experience.
Uncapped renewal & expansion commissions. When customers renew and expand, you earn. No ceiling.
