Customer Success Manager - APAC

This is a junior Customer Success role based out of our Brisbane office. You'll work directly with APAC customers from day one, with real ownership early on. We move quickly, we're transparent about where we're at, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. Not just fill a seat.

Position Summary
We are looking for our first APAC Customer Success hire who exhibits:
Care for customers. Actively listens and confidently presents solutions to complicated business problems
High Autonomy. Can look at a day and instantly prioritise what drives the most impact for their customers and our company.
Learns quickly. We're looking for someone potentially earlier in their career, and is eager to make this a career defining role, working at an early-stage start up and understands it can accelerate learning.
Fortifies and grows accounts. You actively work with customers to expand their usage of the platform and fight for the renewal when needed.
Your Mission
As our first dedicated Customer Success hire in APAC, you will:
Work directly with APAC customers from day one whether it be onboarding accounts or triaging support requests
Drive expansion and renewals across our APAC customer base while ensuring every customer is successful to win more, faster.
Help us dominate a category where ~$100 Billion USD is transacted through RFPs daily
This role offers a unique opportunity to become a key player in our Outcomes team and directly shape how we build our APAC business and its products.
Key Responsibilities
Own the customer journey from signed contract to advocate
Deliver onboarding and training sessions across APAC customer segments
Guide customers through account setup and content upload, ensuring they're configured and ready to get value from day one
Support content migration and collaborate with the sales team on POCs
Channel customer insights back to the product team to help shape the product roadmap
Capture testimonials and case studies, maintain the knowledge base, and develop onboarding materials
Create customer-facing content and identify process improvements
Generate revenue through renewals and account expansions
Become an absolute expert on our product and the competitive landscape
We want our team to be able to make impact right away. We don't have everything figured out, but we want to ensure you are provided the right context and tooling to be successful from day one.
In your first week you can expect to:
Understand our ICP and sit in on customer calls
Begin understanding our product and functionality
Reach out to existing APAC customers to book calls
By the end of the week: Run a customer call end-to-end
In your first month you can expect to:
Confidently run customer calls independently
Complete your first onboarding of a new customer
Complete your first proof-of-concept with the sales team
By the end of the month: Complete your first customer onboarding independently
In three months you can expect to:
Bring on your first renewals
Have contacted your full patch of APAC customers
Managing the support requests that come through
By the end of three months: Renew multiple customer subscriptions
In six months you can expect to:
Engage with APAC customers on the daily across video calls, Slack/Teams & Intercom
Meaningfully drive revenue through expansions and renewals
Impact our product direction through your customers' feedback
By the end of six months: You'll feel like you've been here for years
Your experience may look like:
1+ years in a Customer Success, account management, or customer-facing support role
Comfortable talking to customers — confident on calls, clear in writing
Curious about AI and how it's changing how businesses work
Fast learner who doesn't need hand-holding once they understand the goal
Organised, self-motivated, and happy working in a high-growth environment
Exposure to RFPs, security questionnaires, or B2B SaaS is a bonus — not a requirement

Location & Office
Brisbane: We have an office in Spring Hill where you will work 5 days a week in person. We provide brand new M3 Macs, 49" Ultra Wide monitors, and licenses to cutting-edge AI tools.
