How it works
Connect AutoRFP.ai to Microsoft Entra ID using SCIM 2.0 and stop managing users manually. When you add someone to your directory, they get an AutoRFP.ai account. When you remove them, their access disappears. No CSV uploads, no IT tickets, no orphaned accounts sitting in your vendor stack.
Create the enterprise app
In Microsoft Entra ID, create a new enterprise application for AutoRFP.ai. Configure the SCIM endpoint URL and generate an authentication token. This establishes the secure connection between your directory and the platform.
Assign users and groups
Select which users or groups should have access to AutoRFP.ai. Entra ID pushes these assignments automatically. New hires get provisioned on day one. Role changes sync without manual intervention.
Deprovision on termination
When someone leaves the company, disable or remove them in Entra ID. SCIM deactivates their AutoRFP.ai account immediately. No waiting for IT to process a ticket. No former employees with lingering access. Your user lifecycle stays clean across every vendor.
