How it works
Connect your OneDrive account and select which files and folders to sync. AutoRFP.ai pulls in your documents and keeps them updated automatically. Your team keeps working in OneDrive as normal. Every change flows through to your RFP responses without anyone lifting a finger.
Authorize the connection
Click Create Connection and grant AutoRFP.ai two sets of permissions: one to authenticate your account, one to open the OneDrive file picker. If your organization requires admin approval, your Microsoft admin can authorize the app before your team connects.
Select files and folders
Browse your OneDrive structure and pick exactly what you need. Past proposals, security policies, product specs, compliance documentation. Enable auto-sync and every update your team makes in OneDrive flows into your content library automatically.

AutoRFP.ai is equipped with advanced AI algorithms that enable it to provide auto-suggested answers by searching through previous responses and a content library. This functionality not only saves completed responses for future use but also improves and automates the process over time.
The scoring system of AutoRFP.ai is based on "Trust," which determines the likelihood of the content found being able to answer the requirement. For example, if the content is from an unrelated document but still contains the necessary information, the score will be lower, around 10. On the other hand, if the content found is nearly identical to the requirement being answered, you can expect a score of 98+.
