SiftHub markets a broad AI sales assistant. The constraints that decide an enterprise RFP evaluation are published in its own help center, and they land on the first serious tender.

A 500-question ceiling per run. SiftHub’s Excel autofill guide, updated August 25, 2026, says it “will process up to 500 questions in one autofill run” and that teams can trigger multiple 500-row runs at once. Its activity log documentation adds that beyond five simultaneous runs, “additional runs are queued until a slot opens”. Enterprise questionnaires often pass 500 questions in one workbook, so the work arrives as batches to track and stitch together.

One primary document per project. SiftHub’s project documentation describes the “Primary document” as “the questionnaire or proposal uploaded or linked at project creation”, with other files held as intake context, task attachments, or submission-package items. Most real tenders arrive as several workbooks and documents that all need answering.

Merged cells and nested tables are out of scope. The August 25, 2026 autofill guide states “Nested tables are not supported” and “Merged cells within tables are not supported”, and warns that merged cells “can cause questions to be skipped or overwritten”. Buyer-issued compliance matrices use exactly those structures.

Coarse source scoping on several connectors. The Collections guide says support for linking specific items from connectors such as Zendesk and Slack “is coming soon” and that teams should “toggle ‘Link all’ to include all items from a specific connector”. A company with several product lines needs to point a submission at specific approved content, not at an entire chat workspace.
