DiligenceVault questionnaires come into AutoRFP.ai through Portal Agent. Every answer is written from content your team has approved, and shows the sources behind it. Read how import and write-back work in Portal Agent.
Full questionnaire import
Import keeps question numbers, sections, and question types: radio, checkbox, drop-down, and follow-ups. Answers already saved in DiligenceVault come across too.
Review before the project is created
You review the import before the project is created. Chat shows a preview when questions are new, reworded, or removed, then waits for Update project or Not now.
Write-back into the portal
Write-back fills approved answers into the DiligenceVault fields as plain text and checks that each one landed. You submit the questionnaire in DiligenceVault.

Open the questionnaire
Sign in to DiligenceVault in Chrome and open the questionnaire.

Import into AutoRFP.ai
Open Portal Agent in the Chrome sidebar. It pulls the whole questionnaire into an AutoRFP.ai project. You review the import before the project is created. An interrupted import can be resumed.

Write approved answers back
Write-back fills approved answers into the DiligenceVault fields as plain text and checks that each one landed. You submit the questionnaire in DiligenceVault.

Does AutoRFP.ai need a DiligenceVault export or API?
No. Portal Agent runs in the Chrome sidebar on the DiligenceVault page you are already signed in to view.
What if an import is interrupted?
An interrupted import can be resumed. Reopen DiligenceVault in Chrome and Portal Agent continues from the progress it saved.
Does write-back submit the questionnaire?
No. Write-back fills approved answers into the fields as plain text and checks that each one landed. You submit in DiligenceVault.
Which portals is Portal Agent tested on?
Portal Agent is tested on Dasseti, DiligenceVault, CyberGRX, OneTrust, and UpGuard. If your investors or customers send questionnaires through a different portal, ask us about it during a demo.
