OneTrust questionnaires can enter the same governed workflow as Word and Excel files. The Portal Agent handles the browser step while AutoRFP.ai manages drafting, review, and approval.
Work on a OneTrust questionnaire

Open the questionnaire
Sign in to OneTrust in Chrome or Edge and navigate to the active questionnaire.

Capture the requirements
Launch the Portal Agent and let it pull the visible sections into AutoRFP.ai.

Complete the portal response
Draft and approve in the platform, then copy each finished answer from the side panel into OneTrust.
Governed drafting and review
Every imported question enters a project with your normal sources, owners, comments, and approvals.
Side-by-side completion
Reviewed answers stream back to the extension so users can place them into the corresponding portal fields.

What happens if the portal layout changes?
